The Bigger the Site, the More You Need to See.
When you're running a large-scale project, waiting on your concrete data isn't an option. Idle crews, delayed formwork removal, and missed milestones cost real money, and they all start with the same problem: not knowing what your concrete is doing in real time. SmartRock Long Range puts live strength and temperature data in your hands from up to 3 soccer fields away. One gateway. Unlimited sensors. Every pour, every section, every shift... Connected and visible from wherever you are. The biggest job sites run better when every decision is backed by data. SmartRock Long Range keeps you in the game.

The Industry Is Moving to Real-Time Monitoring

Across large concrete projects, leading contractors are already replacing traditional testing methods with real-time strength monitoring. SmartRock Long Range delivers fully embedded wireless sensors that capture strength and temperature data every 15 minutes and sync it to the cloud, giving teams connected access to their concrete data without setting foot on the job site.

Real-time data can be securely shared across teams, creating clear documentation of concrete performance and reducing the risk of disputes. As project scale grows and schedules tighten, the best teams are adopting real-time data to control critical pours.

Why Large-Scale Project Teams Choose SmartRock® Long Range

  • Monitor Entire Sites Remotely: Deploy an unlimited number of sensors within a single long-range gateway and access real-time data off-site.

  • 1,000 ft (300 m) Wireless Coverage: Achieve extended range visibility across sprawling infrastructure and hard-to-reach structures, from high-rises to highway infrastructure.

  • More Accurate Than Break Tests: Use the ASTM maturity method to calculate in-place concrete strength in real time, without lab delays or manual testing.

  • Fully Embedded and Wire-Free: Eliminate cables, reduce jobsite hazards, and avoid data loss from damaged wired systems.

  • Build Faster, Safer, and More Economically: Know exactly when strength thresholds are reached so you can remove formwork, tension tendons, and keep your schedule moving with confidence.

The sensors worked flawlessly and provided super accurate results. On one deck, I took an avarage of cylinders vs the sensors at the time of the break, and they were within 1.5% of each other. We were also able to eliminate half of the cylinders required per spec. Stoked to work with you guys again on the next ones!

The feedback from structural engineers is that they really appreciate the data, its consistency and reliability. The fact that they’re now allowing us to incorporate SmartRock as part of a standard concrete sampling and quality control process speaks volumes. In other words, we’re reducing physical sampling and replacing it with digital sensors. It’s a swap!
